Off-premise Account Manager
How long have you been with the company? Since 2010.
What other positions have you held in the company? I started as a sales merchandiser, then was promoted to an on-premise account manager in Lancaster County. For the past 4 ½ years, I have been an off-premise account manager in Berks County.
What does your current job entail? I am an off-premise account manager in Berks County. I call on 20 distributors and 8 large format takeout shops.   
What does it take to be a top-notch salesman? Creating great relationships with my co-workers and my accounts.  I try to keep in constant communication with my accounts in several ways (sales calls, phone calls, weekly emails, etc.) so they have the most up-to-date and relevant information possible.  I also try to be as open and honest with my accounts as I can, which I think helps to build the trust you need to be successful in this role.
What has been the best thing about your job? Telling people what I do and having them say “that must be the greatest job!” because it is- I get to work with great people both on our sales team and in my accounts.
What do you like to do when you’re not working? I have a wife (Kelly) and two young boys (Chase is 4 and Nolan is just under 1), so when I’m not working, they keep me on my toes! Outside of that I love to golf, grill and have a secret lawn care obsession!
If you could be anywhere, drinking any beer, where would you be and what beer would you have in your hand? The 19th hole after a round of golf with an ice-cold Coors Light…. There is nothing better!
