Celebrating 20 years with Origlio in July, Customer Service Manager Suzann Gold leads a team of 13 Account Specialists and ensures seamless communication between Sales, Finance, and Operations. She manages process transitions, keeping customer service equipped with the right tools. Gold also works in the “recon room,” overseeing check processing, route reconciliation, and balance accuracy. She values building relationships and helping colleagues navigate hurdles. Her biggest challenge is proper staffing, especially during holidays, alongside managing the different warehouses’ portfolios and delivery schedules. To succeed, she emphasizes leadership, communication, and a positive mindset. “Leading by example, staying calm, and understanding products, cutoff times, and delivery requirements are essential for excellent service and creating great customer experiences,” Gold says.

What do you like to do when you’re not working? I love spending time with my family. I never miss a basketball game for my two boys, and I spend any chance I get with my two girls who are in college.

What are three things on your bucket list?

Visiting the Eiffel Tower, vacationing in Hawaii, and owning a shore house.

The last TV show you binged was… If you ask my husband, he’d say, “what show hasn’t she binged??” But, it was The Night Agent.

Your biggest pet peeves are… People who don’t make eye contact, a messy house, and a full hamper of clothes.

The best advice you’ve ever received is… You can’t change the past, but the future is yours to control.

If you could be anywhere, drinking any alcoholic beverage… I’d be in my backyard, with my siblings, drinking a Watermelon White Claw.
