Craft Wheat
This Imperial saison is made with over 950 pounds of local honey (that's over 23 pounds per barrel!) from a few miles away in New Jersey. Pollen Nation has a delicate combination of white grape and apricot flavors, with the honey blending well, showing itself at the end of each sip. There is no sting from the booze in this beer… at 10.5%, it's dangerously drinkable. No Claritin needed to drink it either.
