Craft Stout/Porter
Always a beast of a beer, the 2025 edition of Parabola is aged for a year in a blend of 12-year Elijah Craig & 11-year Henry McKenna bourbon barrels. Intense flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, and roast coffee are accentuated with fine notes of charred oak, caramel, and vanilla, while the bourbon barrels impart their classic notes of toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.
